Terms and Conditions: Allowable rooms attrition varies by hotel and is based on cumulative or day by day pick-up compared to the contracted block. AV discount (not including labor) is for equipment ordered prior to the first day of the meeting from our internal audio / visual department. Offer is applicable to new group bookings only and the specific Group Meeting offer terms must be included in the signed agreement. Properties require a minimum of 20 guest rooms on peak night; Valid dates are must be booked before February 15, 2026 and consumed in 2026.
