Rules:
- Factory-built RVs only
- RVs over 20 years of age are prohibited
- Maximum current flow: 50 amp
- No repairs or maintenance of RVs on-site
- No washing the RV at the park
- No open storage under the RV
- RVs must occupy the original space reserved; no moving to open spaces
- No parking on grass or flower beds
- No driving or parking within open lots or between lots
Pet Regulations:
- Maximum of 2 dogs (up to 65 lbs each)
- Cats are allowed but must remain inside the RV
- Dogs must be on a leash when outside the RV
- Pets cannot be left unattended
- Owners must clean up after their dogs
- Excessive nuisance by a pet may result in complaints and removal from the park
General Regulations:
- $150 incidental deposit per stay at check in
- Maximum length of stay: 7 days/6 nights
- Check-in time: 1 PM; Check-out time: 11 AM
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM
- Campfires are not permitted
- Outdoor activities are permitted as long as they are not a nuisance
- ATVs and other recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property
- No tent, car, or pop-up camping allowed
- No drying clothes or laundry outside the RV
- No glass containers outside of vehicles
- No portable fences outside of vehicles
- No generator use between 8 PM and 8 AM
- Keep all personal belongings off grass to avoid damage by lawn care teams
