Join us for a 4-course dinner prepared by Chef Brady Hibner — Wagyu & Wellers is an exclusive Bourbon dinner that masterfully pairs the indulgent, buttery richness of Wagyu beef with the smooth, sweet, and smoky notes of Weller's Bourbon.

Course 1: Diver Scallop in Black Tie

Crispy Phyllo-Wrapped Diver Scallops, finished with Black Truffle

Bourbon Pairing: Weller Special Reserve – Straight Wheated Bourbon, 90 proof

Course 2: Charred Romaine Salad with Lardons

Smoky, crisp-edged romaine hearts kissed by the grill, topped with thick-cut, crispy lardons that bring the perfect salty crunch. Finished with a tangy shallot vinaigrette, a shower of grated aged cheese, and toasted breadcrumbs for texture.

Course 3: Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye

Accompanied by Bourbon glazed trumpet mushrooms and heirloom potatoes

Course 4: Decadent Six Layer Chocolate Ganache

Drizzled with a Rich Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sauce
